[Bug 200704] [NEW] dialogues comes from left, instead from centered place

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu's "seach for suitable codec" is very nice feature in Totem with
Gsreamer backend. But even if i install all codecs, like good, bad and
ugly they don't provide high quality playback for all media types. I
have many anime videos, where dialogues don't sound from centered
position on my 2.1 speakers, but only from left chanel. It's very
anoying...

Possible solution >>> Please backport to Ubuntu 7.10 latest, updated
Gstreamer plugins 0.10.7 Good, Bad and Ugly. Changelog is very promising
and i believe this could dramaticaly improve overall multimedia
experience in Gutsy. I am convinced that ubuntu restricted-extras
deserves an backport/update like this one.
