[Bug 203518] [NEW] MythTV configuration doesn't support Via XvMC

Public bug reported:

There was a but in the original MythTV code when it was compiled for
Gutsy backport (and possible Hardy). It is described in
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/4930, and fixed in Mythtv svn around
March 15.

The bug in MythTV was that when the XvMC-Wrapper was used, none of other
the XvMC libs were included even if specified in configure statement.
