[Bug 230909] [NEW] Please backport llvm 2.2-7 from intrepid

Public bug reported:

Hardy has an extremely ancient version (which doesn't work across
architectures) and upstream has made significant progress since then. In
fact, the version currently in the archive isn't really suitable for any
use, whatsoever, given how much upstream has changed. There are also no
reverse dependencies on the llvm packages from any other package.
