[Bug 235882] [NEW] please backport qtoctave 0.7.4+dfsg-1 from intrepid to hardy

Version to backport: 0.7.4+dfsg-1 in hardy

Package builds and works in hardy without any modifications.

The needed libqt4-dev version is avaible in hardy backports. This however means, that I cannot make a test-build in my PPA, so a test-build made in pbuilder with backports enabled is avaible here:

This package has NO rdepends.

The new version is two major versions higher, and has a lot of essential
features, that is missing in the current version in hardy. Amongst
others it is now actually possible to navigate through the file-system;
the current version has no module for that, and using the build in
console for that it prevents navigating to any folder containing special
characters including "space".
