[Bug 408573] [NEW] Please backport hostapd

Public bug reported:

The version of hostapd in Jaunty is 0.5.10, and doesn't support mac80211 drivers.
The version in Karmic (0.6.9) does. Could someone please backport it, so people can use more wireless cards as access points?
