[Bug 409452] [NEW] Backport php5.2.10 from Karmic to Jaunty

Public bug reported:

This is for a new php variant "php-fpm". Fpm cannot be compiled on 5.2.6. 
We require 5.2.10 which is the earliest version of php where we can compile the fpm patch.
