Hardy proper does not include svn 1.5 at all. It includes version 1.4.6.
The 1.5.* release series contains major new features and is not suitable
for hardy-updates. Some time ago, version 1.5.1 of package subversion
was added to hardy-backports. This is a request to update the hardy-
backports version. 1.5.4 would be better than nothing but 1.5.5 would be
the best.
