[Bug 334538] [NEW] Please backport gitosis 0.2+20080825-2 from Jaunty to Hardy/Intrepid

Public bug reported:

Gitosis is frequently used for Git hosting management.

It Build-Depends on debhelper 7, but doesn't appear to use any of its
features, so I've attached a patch that removes that dependency for the
Hardy backport.

I've tested that the package builds, installs, and runs on Hardy with
that patch.

It also builds, installs, and runs on Intrepid
