it builds in my ppa
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/21145103/buildlog_ubuntu-intrepid-i386.choqok_0.3.1-0ubuntu1~intrepid1~ppa1_FULLYBUILT.txt.gz

but needs changes to the cdbs build-dep and adding a quilt build-dep,
because intrepid's cdbs enforces the use of quilt and only recently this
was changed (therefore the version for the cdbs build-dep needs to be
dropped).
