[Bug 396384] [NEW] Please backport cython 0.10.3-1build1 from karmic to hardy, intrepid

Cython seems to be slowly winning over Pyrex.

There is a build in my PPA (https://launchpad.net/~broder/+archive
/ubuntu-tests) for Hardy and Intrepid. I've been able to successfully
build Cython modules on both Hardy and Intrepid using those packages.
