Hello,
In jaunty it's installable from the Package:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/cavedon/qutecom/ubuntu jaunty main 
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/cavedon/qutecom/ubuntu jaunty main
with key  	  1024R/426FF7FA  
Launchpad https://launchpad.net/~cavedon/+archive/qutecom

But they are two problems:
1. It can't lunch in the same time when you have skype lunched, I try it several times, and now way...
2. It's isn't stable, you could lunch it alone, but it kill alone, and now way to get it back tell you restart...

I think they remove it from the actual jaunty, casing of this
problems...
