[Bug 390784] [NEW] Please backport libnet-smtp-ssl-perl (1.01-2) from Karmic to Hardy

Public bug reported:

Net::SMTP::SSL is needed for git send-email, both the version currently
in Hardy and future versions, so it'd be nice if this could be made
available in Hardy.

I don't know yet how problematic the dependency on libio-socket-ssl-perl
(>= 1.06) is, since Hardy only has 1.02-1.
