[Bug 555765] [NEW] Please backport couchdb

Public bug reported:

Couchdb has introduced version 0.11.0. The current version in the
repository is 0.10.0-0ubuntu3. The new release is a feature-freeze
release candidate for version 1.0, and includes several bug fixes and
support for URL rewriting and a slightly different approach to security.

I'll let someone who knows what they're doing comment on whether they
actually break any dependencies.
