[Bug 660129] [NEW] irssi-plugin-xmpp backport

Public bug reported:

The version in maverick is *much* more stable than 0.50 and allows the
user to not specify the password in the config file. I request that 0.51
be backported to lucid. I have build a backport on my own in lucid and
it works fine. I can publish it somewhere if necessary, but just doing
this works fine on lucid:

apt-src -b install irssi-plugin-xmpp
