Further TB 3.1 uses less resources for indexing and is compatible with
the latest lightning plugin, which fixes problems when using caldav. TB
3.1 also adds better support for autoconfig (e.g. autoconfig.domain
hosted xml files) which really helps users configuring their accounts.
