[Bug 662609] [NEW] Please backport python-scipy

Public bug reported:

The version of python-scipy in lucid and ludic-updates contains a bug
that causes massive memory leaks when doing LTI filtering with the
scipy.signal.lfilter function. The bug is described in
http://projects.scipy.org/scipy/ticket/911 and has been fixed in scipy
0.7.1.

python-scipy version 0.7.2 should be backported from maverick so that
the memory leak problem can be resolved.
