It seems libapache2-mod-bw package does the same job like apache2-mod-
limitipconn

libapache2-mod-bw allows you to limit bandwidth usage on every virtual host/directory or to restrict the number of simultaneous connections. The limits can be configured according to the criteria:
 - origin of the connection,
 - file extension,
 - file size or
 - user agent of the client.

With libapache2-mod-bw you can restrict the number of simultaneous
connections per vhost/dir and get some basic statistics info (tested
version 0.91), so I'm asking: are in apache2-mod-limitipconn some
feature, which doesn't exist in libapache2-mod-bw ?
