[Bug 760477] [NEW] need latest mod-security to use latest |CRS

Public bug reported:

I am using mod-security with the CRS ruleset on my apache servers (running Lucid).
to support the latest ruleset the mod-security version needs to be greater than 2.5.12 (currently the version on Lucid is 2.5.11).
It would be great if you could keep an updated version in backports.
