Hi there,

I just looked at this for you, and it doesn't look like we can do this
as-is, as redmine 1.0 depends on a new version of rails that Lucid
doesn't have:

  redmine: Depends: rails (>= 2.3.5) but it is not installable
           Depends: libactivesupport-ruby (>= 2.3.5) which is a virtual package.
           Depends: libactiveresource-ruby (>= 2.3.5) which is a virtual package.
           Depends: libactionpack-ruby (>= 2.3.5) which is a virtual package.
           Depends: libactionmailer-ruby (>= 2.3.5) which is a virtual package.

So if we want to get this in we'll either have to figure out of the
dependency can be relaxed or do the backport of rails too, which will
require testing of its reverse depends:
