[Bug 829325] [NEW] Please backport gst123

Public bug reported:

gst123 is a simple command line gstreamer-based media players. It is
basically an mplayer designed around gstreamer.

 gst123 is already available on maverick, natty and oneiric (latest
version). Could it be backported to Lucid?
