[Bug 724026] [NEW] Please backport qemu-kvm and libvirt-bin

Public bug reported:

I'd like to see the versions from natty backported to lucid for a large
number of new features that have been introduced.  Most of the packages
should be easy to backport (ie require no changes).  The only issue I
didn't investigate was the libvirt0 dependency on apparmor.
