[Bug 705130] [NEW] Please backport ejabberd 2.1.6

Ejabberd got some security related updates since 2.1.2, eg.
- a fix for https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/596676 and
- a captcha support for in-band-registration (we get many spammers lately)

It would be great to get the most recent version in 10.04 LTS
