[Bug 806771] [NEW] cannot install evolution in ubuntu 11.04

Public bug reported:

When I upgraded from ubuntu 10.10 to ubuntu 11.04, evolution mail failed
to fetch mails fro POP server, later I installed Evolution3, and it too
had the same problem, So I removed it. But now I cannot install anything
from software center.
