Either way, Ubuntu does backports by source package, not binary package,
so everything listed on http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssh
would be backported simultaneously.

But in any case, openssh is a very, very core package that carries a
long list of reverse-dependencies and is deeply critical to most machine
administration. Such a backport would be far too risky, even by the
standards of the backports project, so I'm going to reject this.

If you want to perform such a backport for your own use, you're welcome
to do it in a PPA (https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA). The
backportpackage script in ubuntu-dev-tools on 11.04 or later can more or
less do this automatically by running "backportpackage -u ppa:your/ppa
-d lucid -s natty openssh"
