[Bug 818679] [NEW] Please backport backupninja from maverick to lucid

Hi!

It would be awesome if we could get the maverick version of Backupninja
<https://labs.riseup.net/code/projects/backupninja> into the lucid-
backports repository.

Current versions:
lucid: 0.9.6-4
maverick: 0.9.7-5

The new features in version 0.9.7 that are missing from 0.9.6, which I would really like to have are:
- Support backups to Amazon S3 buckets (https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/658)
- Use gzip's --rsyncable option.

By the way, I searched and found another backport request of Redmine:
#725647 <https://bugs.launchpad.net/lucid-backports/+bug/725647>. It
seems to be the next version (0.9.8) which fixes that issue ("Don't lock
tables in the information_schema database" in the changelog). That
version is in natty, so a backport of that version might be a better
choice?
