[Bug 797792] [NEW] Backport HA stack

Hello,

it appears there are some nasty issues with Pacemaker, which are
resolved in later versions. Is it possible to atleast backport Pacemaker
and possibly Heartbeat aswell? I managed to repackage these versions
(incl. cluster-glue) from the latest available packages without any
issues.
