[Bug 800501] [NEW] Please backport ding-libs from oneiric

Hi,

This lib is required for sssd (I will open a separate backport request), and it builds, install and 'run' fine. You can see the package in my experimental ppa (https://launchpad.net/~fabricesp/+archive/experimental) and in the following bug report where the ppa has been used: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sssd/+bug/746981 (see comments 23 and 24)
The uploaded package in oneiric is exactly the same as the one in the ppa, except the version.
