[Bug 739121] [NEW] Backport php 5.3.3 to Lucid

Public bug reported:

My particular interest is in eGroupware. PHP 5.3.2 has a lot of bugs
filed against it in Lucid and there are numerous applications which have
problems using it. PHP 5.3.3 has resolved a lot of these issues and is
reputed to solve the problems with eGroupware.

If Lucid is supposed to work for 5 years as an LTS this backport could
solve many current and future problems.
