Looks like BOTH open-ssh packages are needed. Need openssh-server to
allow the sshd_config option TrustedUserCAKeys

This sshd_config option is available in openssh-
server_5.3p1-3ubuntu3_i386 and _amd64

** Description changed:

We are using 10.4LTS in production and part of our new security is to
sign the ssh keys with a certificate, It's available as an option in
- openssh-client_5.8p1-1ubuntu3_i386 but not in openssh-
- client_5.3p1-3ubuntu3_i386.
+ openssh-client_5.8p1-1ubuntu3_i386 and _amd64 but not in openssh-
+ client_5.3p1-3ubuntu3_i386 and _amd64.

  Specifically it's the ssh-keygen -s option.
