Currently natty-backports has 2.1.0~svn2010122beta5-1ubuntu1~natty1, now the final version is in oneiric which fixes many issues. Please backport it.
It installs and runs fine in natty, a test package is available in ppa:ubuntu-backports-testers
The package requires no changes to be built on natty.
