[Bug 1085731] Re: Please backport znc 1.0-1 (universe) from raring

In anticipation of this backport, I tested the package as-is from Debian
(which is the current version in Raring).  With no changes (see this
PPA: https://launchpad.net/~trekcaptainusa-tw/+archive/znc) for
building.  It correctly builds.

I will be testing the installation and running today after I get back to
my testing environment.

  Please backport znc 1.0-1 (universe) from raring to quantal.
  
  Reason for the backport:
  ========================
  ZNC 1.0 is substantially newer than ZNC 0.206.  I'd like to see the newer version in Quantal.

  You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
