[Bug 1085731] Re: Please backport znc 1.0-1 (universe) from raring

Bug #1085742 referenced in comment #4 has a solution in Debian that was
included in the sync of znc 1.0-2, which is in proposed awaiting powerpc
builds.

As a result, this backport request is being modified to account for znc
1.0-2 which I would like backported.  I will be doing tests within the
next few days for building and running.
