Please backport l2tp-ipsec-vpn-daemon 0.9.9-1 (universe) from quantal to
precise.

Reason for the backport:

l2tp-ipsec-vpn-daemon 0.9.9-1 is required in order to backport l2tp-ipsec-vpn 1.07.
