[Bug 1015095] [NEW] please backport apt-cacher-ng to lucid

Version 0.4.6-1ubuntu1 stops working, and occasionally segfaults on me,
maybe a newer version might be more stable. Version 0.7.2-1ubuntu1 from
precise seems like a good candidate.
