Please backport python-notify2 0.3-2 (universe) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
notify2 is a lightweight wrapper for the desktop notifications dbus protocol,
and a replacement for pynotify (python-notify). It's compatible with Gtk3 and
Qt4, as well as Python 3. I would like this to be available for new
applications targeting precise.

========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:takluyver/python3 -s quantal -d precise python-notify2

* precise:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] python-notify2 installs cleanly and runs
[X] python3-notify2 installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies
