[Bug 954367] [NEW] please backport clang 3.0 from precise

Public bug reported:

clang (3.0-6ubuntu1) (and llvm) is in precise, but the source package
doesn't compile on lucid because of multi-arch.

If I download the source code from llvm, I can compile it in lucid and
everything works.  However this is not a useful solution for
distributing to the rest of my team.
