Please backport arduino 1:1.0.1+dfsg-1 (universe) from quantal to
precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
Arduino 1.0.1 fixes several bugs and adds internationalization. I'm guessing that the other changes and additions don't make this eligible for an SRU.

I haven't used arduino-mk (a rdepends listed below) yet so I'm not sure
I'll be able to test it.
