Please backport jquery-goodies 5-1 (universe) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:

Needed for high profile packages such as OpenERP 6.1, which dmitrij.ledkov and yolanda robla 
would like to provide in the archive. As well as many other websites / webapps.
