Please backport arduino 1:1.0.2+dfsg-1 (universe) from raring to
quantal.

Reason for the backport:

New version that includes support for newly released products (Arduino mini,
wifishield)

Testing:
========

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d quantal arduino
