As if this bug doesn't have enough procedural stuff on it, I added the
precise-backports project to bug 1019025, and am planning on duping this
bug to that one. In my opinion, it doesn't make sense to have two bugs
that are essentially the same thing, especially when launchpad doesn't
have any sort of dependency mechanism. If this is the wrong thing please
undup.
