Please backport pdns 3.1-4build1 (universe) from saucy to precise,
quantal, raring.

Reason for the backport:
========================
According to PowerDNS their DNSSEC implementation is broken in 3.0 and you need to use 3.1 or newer to get proper DNSSEC support.
