Please backport mediathekview 3.1.0-1 (universe) from raring to quantal.

Reason for the backport:

The current precise version (3.0) display an anoying dialog box
informing the user about the new release.

Testing:
========

backport is available in my ppa  ppa:dirk-computer42/c42-backport

[X] mediathekview installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies
