Please backport mangonel 1.0-0ubuntu1 (universe) from raring to quantal.

Reason for the backport:

New KDE launcher similar to the previous kubuntu default katapult. It is to be assumed that some users will have interest in this.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d quantal mangonel
