Sorry if the format is wrong, it's my first backport request (and in
fact my first real report overall), and since I couldn't find a howto, I
just decided to wing it and emulate other requests in the queue.

I pushed apt and aptitude into a ppa via backportpackage
quantal->precise, and could afterwards install and use the new version
by adding ppa:flosch42/aptitude-multiarch and doing a dist-upgrade.
