[Bug 1200367] [NEW] Please allow source backport from precise (0.76ubuntu1) to lucid

Hello backports team,

please allow a backport of the 0.76ubuntu1 precise version to lucid-backports. 
Some important features like the "OnlyMailOnErrors" config option is missing in the lucid version.

A tiny source change is needed as lucid does not have dh_python2. I
attach the debdiff for your review.

I tested the backport in a lucid environment and it looks good so far.
