Please backport paml 4.5-1 (multiverse) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:

paml is a bioinformatic software for phylogenetics with the maximum likelyhood method.It should be available on Ubuntu 12.04 for stability reasons which are needed for scientific inverstigations.
