Please backport ffindex 0.9.6.1-1 (universe) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
ffindex is a database specific for small files, like short nucleotide/protein reads in bioinformatics. It should be available on Ubuntu 12.04 for stability reasons which are needed for scientific inverstigations.
