Please backport logol 1.5.0-6 (universe) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:

logol is a software that allow highly customized pattern matching, a task that is needed in bioinformatics.It should be available on Ubuntu 12.04 for stability reasons which are needed for scientific inverstigations.
