Please backport soapdenovo 1.05-1 (universe) from raring to precise,
quantal.

Reason for the backport:

soapdenove is bioinformatic software and doing assemblies for short-
reads. It should be available on Ubuntu 12.04 for stability reasons
which are needed for scientific inverstigations.
