[Bug 1188870] [NEW] Backport Request of uGet Download Manager

Public bug reported:

Quantal lists uGet 1.8.2 as the current version but in fact the current
version is 1.10.3 and so we would like to get it backported.

We have already created a Launchpad for uGet which includes source and
debs for Ubuntu Quantal.

1.10.3 is contained in the following PPA. - https://launchpad.net
